Hello! Thank you for visiting our site. Our names are John and Amy Simmonds, we have been selling Residential Real estate for 15+ years, and are the founders of the Simmonds Realty Team. We are transplants from NY and NJ, and have lived in South Florida for over 25 years. Our professional backgrounds in Sales, Marketing, Client Management, Training, Logistical Planning and IT have transitioned beautifully into Real Estate.
