What do your favorite flip-flops say about your personality?

Thong Flip Flop

Classic and timeless, these lightweight and backless sandals are held to the foot loosely between the first and two toes. Chances are if these are your go-to shoes, you are a laidback person who prefers comfort over style. Nonetheless, thing flip flops keep their spot as the most popular sandal on the market.

Slide Sandals

Depending on if they are rubber or not, slides can be dressed up or down. They are easy to put on and get off because of their backless and open-toe design. Slides work great as an after-sport shoe. If you are someone who frequently wears slides, you are probably always on the go and like a shoe that doesn't make you feel trapped.

In the middle of the night Saturday, an Army of Angels will take off on paddleboards, kayaks and other non-motorized watercrafts, following only a guide boat and the stars. The Crossing for Cystic Fibrosis is a yearly event that challenges those brave enough to take on the 80-mile journey from Bimini, Bahamas to Lake Worth, Florida. This year marks the event's 10-year anniversary, and around 180 paddlers are getting ready to take on the challenge of open ocean paddling across the Atlantic to raise awareness for those with cystic fibrosis.

Cystic fibrosis, commonly called CF, is a chronic genetic condition that causes the body to produce unusually thick, sticky mucus that clogs the airways and lungs. About 70,000 worldwide…

“The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails." -William Arthur Ward

These words describe exactly how we feel about real estate!  In an industry where it isn’t all that hard to get a license, we are elbow to elbow with people who call themselves realtors but aren’t equipped to expertly navigate the waters to home ownership.

We’re often competing with pessimists who are willing to give up through negotiations or at the slightest challenge in the process.  At other times, we find ourselves alongside optimists who think that once a contract is signed, they can kick back and wait to collect their commission on closing day.
